Frank's Chili Chicken Rub

2 tbsp chili powder
2 tbsp cumin
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

Instructions:

Use as a rub to enhance the flavor of the chicken or fish you are cooking.

Comment - This rub will give that "chili" taste to about any kind of meat, poultry, or fish!
