Frank's Chicken in Cream Sauce over Macaroni
1 cp leftover cooked chicken, diced
3 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp flour
1 cp chicken broth
1 cp milk
1/4 cp grated parmesan cheese
salt & pepper to taste
1 lb cooked macaroni
Instructions:
1 - Put the flour in a skillet and under medium heat blend in olive oil until smooth.
2 - Slowly add chicken broth and then milk with constant stirring until smooth.
3 - Add parmesan cheese and salt & pepper.
4 - Stir in the cooked macaroni and diced chicken, heat through and then serve.
Comment - A good changeup from plain macaroni and cheese. More comfort food!
