Frank's Banana Apple Delight

1 large yellow apple, cored and halved length-wise
1 ripe banana, cut into slices 1/8" thick
2 tsp butter
2 tsp brown sugar
2 dollops of whipped cream

Instructions:

1 - Place apples skin side down in baking dish.
2 - Cover each apple half with banana slices.
3 - Top with butter and brown sugar.
4 - Bake in microwave for 6 minutes on high.
5 - Place each half on a plate with whipped cream on the side.

Comment - Fast, easy, and definitely very tasty!
