4 tbsp shredded herring
2 tbsp minced celery
2 hard cooked eggs, chopped
chili sauce
mayonnaise
ripe olives
lettuce

Instructions

1 - Form 4 small nests of lettuce, using 2 leaves for each.
2 - Combine the herring and celery with mayonnaise to moisten.
3 - place in the nests.
4 - Moisten the chopped egg with chili sauce.
5 - Put in the nests; and garnish with the olives.
