Melon Cup
2 1/2 cps balls of casaba melon, watermelon or canteloupe
juice 1 lemon
1 1/2 tbsp sugar
Instructions
1 - Shape the rounds of melon with a French potato cutter, or dice of desired.
2 - Sprinkle with the sugar and lemon juice.
3 - Chill and serve piled in cocktail or small sherbet glasses.
