Chicken and Vegetable Soup
1 qt chicken broth
1/2 cp cooked peas
1/2 cp cooked carrot
1/2 cp cooked asparagus
1/2 cp cooked rice
Instructions
1 - Heat the chicken broth; add the vegetables and 1/2 cp of rice,
spaghetti, or macaroni as desired.
2 - Heat and serve.
Note: 1 can of chicken soup diluted with an equal amount of water
may be substituted for the broth. In this case omit the rice.
