Chinese Tomato Soup
1 qt can tomatoes
1 cp water
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp onion juice
2 eggs
Instructions
1 - Combine the tomatoes, water, sugar, salt, soy sauce and onion juice.
2 - Boil for 10 minutes.
3 - Add the eggs, well beaten, and stir constantly until the soup is
full of little yellow strings.
4 - Serve very hot with bowls of boiled rice on the side.
