Corn and Bran Muffins
3 tbsp shortening
1 cp cornmeal
3/4 cp flour
1 cp bran
2 tbsp sugar
4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 egg
1 1/3 cps milk
Instructions
1 - Melt the shortening. Add then other ingredients in the order given.
2 - Beat thoroughly. Transfer to oiled muffin pans.
3 - Bake 25 minutes in hot oven, (400 degrees)
