1 egg
1 cp milk
1 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp baking powder
8 slices stale bread

> Instructions

1 - Beat the egg until light and combine with the milk, sugar, salt, and baking powder.
2 - Dip the slice3s of bread in this "custard" mixture.
3 - Drain; and brown on a hot well oiled griddle.
