Rounds of hot toast
butter
sliced bananas
granulated sugar
cinnamon

Instructions

1 - Butter the rounds ofm toast; cover the slices with banana.
2 - Sprinkle the tops with 2 parts sugar combined with one part cinnamon.
3 - Place on a broiler under moderate heat until brown.
4 - Serve warm for dessert or afternoon tea.
