Cheese Scramble
5 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp paprika
1 tbsp butter
<1/4 cp milk
4/4 cp chopped American cheese
Instructions
1 - Beat the eggs light; add the seasonings.
2 - Melt the butter in a frying pan.
3 - Add the milk and cheese and cook until the cheese begins to melt.
4 - Stir in the beaten eggs; and cook over moderate heat, scraping up the egg as fast as it coagulates.
5 - Serve very hot on buttered toast if desired
