Crabmeat Souffle'
3 tbsp butter
3 tbsp flour
1/4 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp meat sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1 cp milk
1 cp flaked crabmeat
1/2 cp soft bread crumbs
1 tsp baking powder
3 eggs
Instructions
1 - Melt the butter; stir in the flour and seasonings; and gradually add the milk.
2 - St5ir in the crabmeat, crumbs, and baking powder, the egg yolks, beaten
and the egg whites beaten stiff.
3 - Transfer to a shallow buttered baking dish and bake 20 minutes in a hot oven,
400 degrees.
