Cheese Fondue
1 1/3 cps soft white bread crumbs
1 1/2 cps milk
1 1/2 cps well flavored American cheese
2 eggs
3/4 tsp salt
3/4 tsp paprika
2 tbsp butter
Instructions
1 - Scald the crumbs in the milk. Combine the cheese with the eggs, salt and paprika.
2 - Stir into the crumbs. Add the butter; cook over hot watefr, stirring often until
the cheese melts.
3 - Serve on toast or on slices of broiled tomato.
