3 tbsp butter
4 tbsp flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp paprika
1 1/2 cps milk
1 cp chopped cheese

Instructions

1 - Melt the butter; add the flour, seasonings and milk; gradually as in making white sauce.
2 - Set over hot water, add the cheese and stir until it melts.
