1 snappy cheese
3 pimentos
3/4 cp chopped pecans
lettuce leaves

Instructions

1 - Crumble the snappy cheese; and add the pimentos well drained and cut in dice.
2 - Stir in the pecans; and serve on little heaps of lettuce nestss as a relish
or as a salad with French dressing.
