Broiled Mackerel
(1) 2-lb mackeral
salt
paprika
fat
parsley
lemon butter balls
Instructions
1 - Order the mackerel split and cleaned. Dust with salt and paprika.
2 - Place flesh side up on a broiler; lightly rub with vegetable fat.
3 - Broil until done, about 12 minutes.
4 - Serve with a garnish of parsley and lemon butter balls.
