Breaded Scallops
1 lb good sized scallops
1/2 cp melted butter
1 cp fine dry bread crumbs
Juice 1/2 lemon
Instructions
1 - Scald the scallops; drain and dust with salt and pepper.
2 - Brush with butter and roll in bread crumbs and sprinkle lemon juice over.
3 - Bake or broil until golden brown.
