1 1/2 cps minced, moist cooked ham
1/2 cp thick white sauce
1/2 tsp prepared mustard
1/2 pimento, minced
patty pastry

Instructions

1 - Combine the ham, seasonings and sauce.
2 - Roll the patty pastry 1/8" thick; line small muffin pans; and fill 3/4 with ham mixture.
3 - Cover with pastry tops cut to fit; and bake 20-25 minutes in a hot oven, 400 degrees F.
