Chicken Steaks
1/2 cp minced celery
1/4 cp minced green pepper
2 tbsp butter
2 cps minced cooked chicken
1 1/2 cps breadcrumbs
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 cp milk
1 egg
1/8 tsp onion juice
Instructions
1 - Pan fry the celery and green pepper slowly for 5 minutes in the butter.
2 - Add the remaining ingredients, beating the egg light.
3 - Form into individual "steaks"; dust lightly with flour.
4 - Pan fry in fat until golden on both sides.
