Canned Peas, French Style
2 tbsp minced onions
1 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
few grains pepper
1 can peas and their juice
Instructions
1 - Fry the onion until tender in the butter.
2 - Add the seasonings; and the contents of the can of peas.
3 - Simmer 2 or 3 minutes; and serve.
