1/2 tbsp mustaqrd
1/2 tbsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp cornstarch
3 eggs
1 tbsp onion juice(optional)
1 cp light cream
1 cp mild vinegar

Instructions

1 - Mix the dry ingredients together; add the eggs and onion juice and beat well.
2 - Stir in the cream; and cook over hot water until thick.
3 - Add the vinegar, slowly, beating thoroughly.
4 - Strain and cool.
