1 small head cabbage
1 tbsp minced parsley
cream dressing

Instructions

1 - Shred the cabbage very fine. Wash and chill.
2 - Combine with the cream dressing made according to
the recipe on another page.
3 - Chill again; and serve sprinkled with minced parsley.
