3 small alligator pears
French dressing
Shredded pulp 1 orange

Instructions

1 - Chill the pears; cut in halves crosswise and remove the seeds.
2 - Fill with the orange; and arrange on salad plates.
3 - Garnish with green leaves.
4 - Pass the French dressing and provide spoons instead of salad forks for service.
