12 strips cooked bacon
1/2 cp sliced stuffed olives
1/2 cp diced crisp celery
Roquefort French dressing
lettuce

Instructions

1 - Dice the bacon, which should be cold and crisp.
2 - Combine with the olives and celery.
3 - Add a little dressing to blend.
4 - Serve with more dressing.
