Egg and Ham Salad
4 hard-cooked eggs
1 1/2 cps cooked diced ham
1/2 tbsp minced parsley
1 tsp prepared mustard
3/4 cp mayonnaise
lettuce
cress
Instructions
1 - Chop the eggs coarse. Add the ham, parsley and the mustard mixed with the mayonnaise.
2 - Stir in a little shredded watercress; and serve in nests of lettuce with a garnish of cress.
