2 medium-sized tomatoes
1 large alligator pear
lettuce
1/2 cp French dressing

Instructions

1 - Wash and thinly slice the tomato.
2 - Peel the alligator pear and slice in rings.
3 - Arrange the slices alsternating in nests of lettuce.
4 - Pour over French dressing.
