1 large grapefruit
1 large orange
3/4 cp seedless white grapes
nut mayonnaise
lettuce

Instructions

1 - Arrange individual nests of lettuce; and place them, pinwheel fashion,
alternating skinless sections of the grapefruit and orange.
2 - Fill the intervening spaces with seedless white grapes; and serve
with nut mayonnaise.
