2 good-sized pears
1/2 pkg cream cheese
lettuce
8 sliced strawberries
mayonnaise

Instructions

1 - Peel; halve; and core the pears.
2 - Fill the centers with a ribbon of cream cheese through the pastry bag and tube.
3 - Arrange each half in an individuaol nest of lettuce, and garnish each end with strawberries
4 - Serve with mayonnaise arranged in a small leaf of lettuce.
5 - Cherries may be substituted for the strawberries.
