Instructions

1 - Prepare fool proof pie pastry by the recipe; roll as directed; and fit over an inverted pie plate.
2 - Prick a dozen times about the edges to allow the air to escape; and bake in a hot oven. 400 degrees F.
for 10 minutes, or until light brown.
