Banana Pie
Instructions
1 - Just before serving, half fill the pie shell with 3 of the bananas, sliced and mixed with
the 1/2 cp sugar and the juice of a lemon.
2 - Put the remaining bananas through a potato ricer; add the remaining sugaqr and lemon juice
and combine with the cream, whipped stiff.
3 - Spread on top of the pie and serve.
