Orange Cream Filling
Ingredients
3 1/2 tbsp flour
1/2 cp sugar
1/8 tsp salt
1 egg, slightly beaten
Grated rind 1 orange
3/4 cp orange juice
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp butter
1/4 cp heavy cream
Instructions
1 - Combine the ingredients, except the cream, in the order given, in the top of a double boiler.
2 - Cook and stir over hot water for 10 minutes, or until thick.
3 - Cool, and fold in the cream, whipped stiff.
