Ingredients

2 tbsp granulated gelatin
1/2 cp cold water
1/2 cp sugar
4 cps boiling coffee
1/4 tsp vanilla

Instructions

1 - Soak the gelatin in cold water 5 minutes.
2 - Dissolve the sugar in the coffee; add the gelatin
3 - Stir until dissolved; flavor; and turn into a mould to stiffen
