Banana Fruit Fluff
Ingredients
1/2 cp cream
1 1/2 tbsp powdered sugar
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 cp mashed banana pulp
1/4 cp finely chopped raisins
fingers of sponge cake
Instructions
1 - Beat the cream; and add the sugar, lemon juice, banana pulp and raisins;
2 - Line sherbet glasses with fingers of sponge cake.
3 - Heap in the banana mixture; chill; and serve.
