Ingredients

1 cp heavy cream
1 pkg after dinner mints, crushed
1 pkg chcolate snaps, crumbled

Instructions

1 - Beat the cream; and fold in the remaining ingredients.
2 - Transfer to parfait or sherbet glasses; and chill
3 - Serve plain or decorated with sliced maraschino cherries
