Ingredients

1 egg
few grains salt
few grains nutmeg
3/4 cp milk
sherry flavoting to taste (optional)

Instructions

1 - Separate the egg; and beat the white stiff and the yolk until creamy.
2 - Add tyhe sugar, salt and nutmeg to the yolk; and pour in the milk.
3 - Pour this into the beaten egg white; and flavor as desired.
