Ingredients

1 egg
2 tbsp sugar
juice 1/2 lemon
1/4 cp orange juice

Instructions

1 - Separate the egg; beat the yolk until creamy with the sugar and a few grains of salt.
2 - Add the fruit juices and pour into the egg white, whipped stiff.
3 - Add a little crushed ice if desired.
