Salted Nuts
Ingredients
1 lb mixed blanched nuts
1/4 cp butter
salt
Instructions
1 - Melt the butter; and pour over the nuts so each is coated.
2 - Place in a shallow pan; and bake in a hot oven, 375 to 400 degrees F. until the nuts are a delicate brown
3 - Drain on crumpled unglazed paper; sprinkle generously with salt and let cool.
