Clam Bouillon
Ingredients
1/2 peck clams
3 cps water
Instructions
1 - Wash in several waters 1/2 peck clams, scrubbing tyhem clean with a brush.
2 - Pour over them 3 cps water in a kettle and cover tightly.
3 - Let them steam until the shells open well.
4 - Strain off the liquor, cool and clear it.
