Baked Mackerel
Ingredients
mackerel
butter
salt
pepper
2/3 cp milk
Instructions
1 - Split and clean mackerel, removing both head and tail.
2 - Butter a dripping pan and lay the fish in, sprikling it with salt and pepper and placing bits of butter upon it.
3 - Then over it pour 2/3 cp milk, and bake in a hot oven for 25 minutes.
