Ingredients

2 lbs codfish steaks
salt
pepper
1 egg
cracker or bread crumbs

Instructions

1 - Take 2 lbs codfish steaks, and after washing well, sprinkle them with salt and pepper
2 - Next dip them in egg that has been well beaten and roll them in cracker or breadcrumbs
before frying in deep fat.
