Fried Oysters
Ingredients
24 large oysters
bread crumbs
salt
pepper
beaten egg
Instructions
1 - After selecting and cleaning 24 large oysters, drain them, roll in bread crumbs with salt and pepper.
2 - When they have stood 15 minutes, dip them in a beaten egg.
3 - Again let them stand 15 minutes in a cool place before frying light brown in deep fat.
4 - Drain on paper.
