Pigs in Blankets
Ingredients
24 large oysters
salt
pepper
thin slices of fat bacon
Instructions
1 - Take 24 large oyters, and after seasoning with salt and pepper, roll around each oyster a thin slice of fat bacon,
fastening it with a wooden toothpick.
2 - Have a saucepan heated and cook the "pigs" about 5 minutes, or until the bacon has crisped.
