Steamed Clams
Ingredients
little neck or hardshell clams in their shells
boiling water
melted butter
Instructions
1 - Use live little neck or hard-shell clams in their shells.
2 - When washed till thoroughly cleaned, they should be put into a large kettle with 1/2 cp boiling water,
covered closely, and steaqmed until the shells open part way.
3 - Serve with melted butter.
