Roasted Clams
Ingredients
clams in the shell
cold water
salt
pepper
butter
Instructions
1 - Take the clams in the shell, scrub them with a brush and cold water, and let them bake in a pan in an hot oven till the shells open.
2 - Be careful not to spill the liquor in removing the top shells.
3 - Serve with salt, pepper, and butter.
