Hungarian Goulash II
Ingredients
lean veal
lean beef
onion
drippings or butter
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp paprika
1 cp strained tomatoes
3 potatoes
Instructions
1 - Take 1 lb each of lean veal and lean beef, cut into small cubesand add nto a large onion browned slightly
in 1 tbsp drippings or butter.
2 - Season with 1 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp paprika; then add 1 cp strained tomatoes.
3 - Cover and cook for 1 hour; put in 3 potatoes cut into small cubes; cover and cook about 1/2 hour longer,
until the potatoes are done.
