Bread Stuffing
Ingredients
3 tbsp melted fat
1 tbsp chopped onion
1 cp bread crumbs
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp parsley
1/2 tsp sage
1/2 tsp chopped celery
2 or more tbsp milk or stock or hot wqter
a beaten egg
Instructions
1 - Brown in a frying-pan with 3 tbsp melted fat, 1 tbsp chopped onion, then stir in
bread-crumbs with 1 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper and 1/2 tsp each of parsley, sage, and 1 cp
chopped celery.
2 - Add for moistening 2 or more tablespoons milk of hot water or stock.
