Mushroom Sauce
Ingredients
2 cps stock
4 tbsp flour
4 tbsp butter
1 cp mushrooms
Instructions
1 - Take 2 cps stock and thicken with 4 tbsp flour browned in 4 tbsp butter.
2 - With this put 1 cp mushrooms.
3 - If fresh mushrooms are used, cook 5 to 6 minutes; if canned, 3 or 4 minutes.
