Mint Sauce
Ingredients
1/2 cp vinegar
1 tbsp powdered sugar
1/4 cp mint leaves
Instructions
1 - Take 1/2 cp vinegar and, if very strong, dilute with water.
2 - In it dissolve 1 tbsp powdered sugar.
3 - Pour this over 1/4 cp mint leaves, chopped fine, and let stand on the back of the stove for 30 minutes.
4 - Serve with spring lamb.
