Bechamel Sauce
Hollandaise Sauce
salt
lemon juice
Instructions
1 - After taking off all the leaves and removing the choke, trim the bottoms.
2 - Then let them cook in boiling water with salt and lemon juice until they are soft.
3 - Serve them with Bechamel or Hollandaise sauce.
