Ingredients

hot cooked beets
1/2 cp vinegar
1/3 cp sugar
3 tsp cornstarch
1/2 cp boiling water

Instructions

1 - Take hot cooked beets (cut in thin slices or chopped) and over them pour a sauce made as follows:
2 - Mix together 1/2 cp vinegar, 1/3 cp sugar, 3 tsp cornstarch, and 1/2 cp boiling water and cook until thick.
